Project Management Services

► Design Phase

We meet with a prospective client in their home to record their plans.

The layout of the home is sketched and the design begins. If needed, we meet with the city planning department to review the extent of work and obtain building permit approval before the design is completed.

We contact our subcontractors; which may include electrical, plumbing, and/or flooring. They will bid a job and give us a price for the services they will provide.

We compile the information and present a proposal to the homeowner that includes the changes they request be made to their home.

We meet with the homeowner to review the project extent. If changes are requested, we make the changes and get back to the homeowner for their final approval before construction begins.

By doing the above steps before construction, the homeowner gets precisely the scope of work they are looking for in their project.

► Construction Phase

If required, Rochester Remodeling Co. purchases the project building permit.

The building permit number, if needed, is given to all subcontractors so they can apply for their trade permits. All contracts are signed by Rochester Remodeling Co.

The construction begins and is coordinated by Rochester Remodeling Co. from start to completion. We will keep the homeowner informed of the progress of the project as requested.

If a building permit was needed, inspections are completed by the city building department and the inspection log in sheet will be presented to the homeowner for their records.

A truck crashed through my bedroom wall and went through my home destoying most of it. Rochester Remodeling started the repairs while I was in the hospital and finished soon after I was out. I also upgraded the kitch and added a fireplace. My home looks better than new.
